SCT的流通量已达至274万9千了，故此，若要付合 SCT-UBI的要求，必须锁仓超过 1/1000 流通量，即是锁仓 2749 SCT 以上。 iGame的帐号经常在 UBI 的边缘，故此今晚我们决定个人名义解锁500 SCT，注入 iGame 帐号中，让 iGame帐号的锁仓 SCT 超过 3000。
这个数量虽然不太多，但足够我们持续推行 @igame 运作、奖金池与及各编辑的审查分红。
