Al aire libre

Another day of life, and here I go again—my mind is racing. But today I wanted to try something different; I realized that staying in bed—lying there and longing to go to my "therapy" spot, the gym—wasn't getting me anywhere. So, I decided to get up and go for an outdoor walk.

Since my mom has been going for walks every morning, I decided to join her. It keeps me active, lets me stretch my legs and get a little exercise, and—well—it takes my mind off things. I took a few photos of the path here; it looks great in pictures—surrounded by trees, almost like being in a park or walking through a forest, with huge trees and dry leaves on the ground. And, of course, breathing fresh air—well, not pure air, since we can't ignore vehicle pollution—but the view is still enjoyable.

So, I’ll be going for walks this month while I wait to get back into the swing of things. The girls at the gym are probably wondering why I haven't been there, and honestly, I’m embarrassed to admit the reason: I don't have the money for the monthly fee. I hope I don't run into any of them, hehe—though I’m going to see if I can scrape the money together before the month ends.

Otro día más de vida, y aquí vamos de nuevo, dando vueltas en mi cabeza, pero hoy quise probar algo diferente, pensando nada hago quedándome en cama, acostada añorando ir a mi lugar de terapia, el gym, por ello decidí levantarme e irme a caminar al aire libre.

Aprovechando que mi mamá está llendo a caminar todas las mañanas, decidí acompañarla, así me mantengo activa, estiro las piernas, e incluso ejercitó un poco, y bueno distraigo mi mente; aquí tome algunas fotos de este camino, se ve bonito para la foto jajaja, rodeado de árboles, cómo si estuvieras en un parque, o incluso caminando por el bosque, con árboles enormes, hojas secas en el suelo, y por supuesto respirando aire libre, puro no, porque no podemos ignorar la contaminación atmosférica de los vehículos, pero bueno, igual se disfruta un poco de la vista.

Así que este mes, mientras saldré a caminar, esperando volver al ruedo, seguramente las chicas se preguntan porque no he ido, y la verdad me da pena decir el motivo, de no tener para pagar la mensualidad, espero no tener que encontrarme con ninguna jeje, igual voy a ver si logro reunir antes de que termine el mes.
