Hoy quiero hacer mi primer escrito en esta increíble comunidad. Me alegra conocer un lugar donde puedo escribir mi opinión sobre un increíble libro que les quiero traer. Este se llama Control, de Freddy Vega.

Sí, este libro lo quería leer con mucho entusiasmo. Quería comprarlo en físico, pero me tocó comprar mejor la versión en Amazon. Bueno, ha valido la pena: ya lo leí y les quiero traer algunas reflexiones sobre este gran libro.

Primero conozcamos un poco de contexto. Freddy Vega es una persona referente en tecnología y ha sido quien fundó la startup de tecnología educativa Platzi, junto a Christian Van Der Henst. Aquí, en el libro, vamos a conocer un poco más de su historia, sus pensamientos, lo que más lo motivó y una parte personal de su recorrido en la tecnología.

Me ha gustado porque este libro lo quise tener y, bueno, lo pude comprar gracias a las ganancias en Hive. Sí, bueno, ahora les explico un poco lo que aprendí y algunas breves reflexiones.

Primeramente, he aprendido que todos podemos salir adelante a pesar de venir de un contexto no tan favorable, que uno puede tomar el control de su vida, primeramente teniendo un plan de hasta dónde uno quiere llegar y luego ejecutándolo cada día.

También aquí, en el libro, se menciona la importancia del apoyo familiar. Vas a conocer un poco más de él, pues sé que esto es fundamental cuando la familia son las personas que más ve uno en el día. Bueno, eso sería en mi caso particular.

Aquí, Freddy Vega comienza invitando a la reflexión: ¿a qué edad tomaste el control de tu vida? Además, menciona la importancia del aprendizaje continuo, porque cada cinco años la información va cambiando de manera constante.

También señala que puedes llegar a tomar un recorrido diferente en la vida, ya sea que quieras ser emprendedor, tener un negocio propio o trabajar en una empresa. Uno puede hacer lo que requiera; además, aprender en todos estos ámbitos es parte fundamental de la vida.

Yo personalmente he sido parte de la comunidad de Platzi desde hace como cinco años y conozco un lema que resume mucho de los aprendizajes del libro. Es el lema que creó Tifis, que es el siguiente: “Nunca pares de aprender”.

Sí, esta filosofía la podrás ver en cómo Freddy, desde pequeño, ha aprendido a programar. Siguió un camino no convencional o, digamos, diferente, y aquí, en el libro, podrás conocer a qué me refiero.

También me gustó leer el libro porque me identifico con la parte de aprender de las áreas que se requieran, ya sea marketing para aprender a crear blogs, talento humano para crear contenido en LinkedIn o incluso Web3 para comprender el mundo en el que escribo y, claro, para ampliar más mis conocimientos.

Y pues aquí también, en el libro, conocerás más de las dificultades que recorrió Freddy para fundar Platzi, incluso sus motivos para aprender. También conocerás el primer proyecto de Freddy, que es Cristalab, y conocerás más de él en su libro control.

Aquí les comparto también lo que aprendí sobre la frase “control”. Bueno, comprendo que uno puede cambiar su destino, ya sea teniendo un plan, aprendiendo a organizar lo que uno quiere en la vida, sabiendo también cuáles son las cosas en las que uno puede estar fallando en el plan y, claro, teniendo varios planes para poder obtener un objetivo o meta.

A mí, en lo personal, me ayuda escribir lo que quiero lograr en el día. Aquí, en el libro, también se menciona la ambición: ponerse metas altas y definir un día claro para alcanzarlas. Esto me interesa porque aquí puedes tener una motivación para actuar si tienes una fecha para alcanzar un objetivo.

Aquí, algo que más me gustó del libro son los consejos que da Freddy para salir adelante, sobre todo para pensar en grande.

Me gusta también porque ayuda a tener fuerzas para alcanzar todos los objetivos que uno quiera y, para eso, pienso que se requiere disciplina, motivación, acción diaria, hacer actividades diferentes y creer que uno puede cambiar su vida si tal vez no está donde uno quiere.

Todo esto me anima a leer el libro. Bueno, ya lo terminé; ahora me toca leerlo más despacio para sacar y reflexionar sobre los mensajes de este libro.

Today I want to make my first post in this incredible community. I am glad to get to know a place where I can share my opinion about an amazing book that I want to present to you. It is called Control, by Freddy Vega.

Yes, I really wanted to read this book with great enthusiasm. I wanted to buy a physical copy, but it was better for me to buy the Amazon version instead. Well, it has been totally worth it: I have already read it and I want to share a few reflections on this great book with you.

First, let's get a bit of context. Freddy Vega is a leading figure in technology and the co-founder of the educational tech startup Platzi, alongside Christian Van Der Henst. Here, in this book, we will learn more about his story, his thoughts, what motivated him the most, and a personal part of his journey through technology.

I liked it because I really wanted to own this book, and well, I was able to buy it thanks to my earnings on Hive. Yes, well, now let me explain a bit of what I learned and a few brief reflections.

First of all, I learned that we can all move forward despite coming from a background that might not be so favorable, that one can take control of their life, first by having a plan of where one wants to go, and then executing it every single day.

Also, here in the book, the importance of family support is mentioned. You will get to know more about him, as I know this is essential when family members are the people you see the most every day. Well, at least that would be my particular case.

Here, Freddy Vega begins by inviting us to reflect: at what age did you take control of your life? Furthermore, he highlights the importance of continuous learning, because every five years information changes constantly.

He also points out that you can take a different path in life, whether you want to be an entrepreneur, own a business, or work for a company. One can do whatever is required; moreover, learning in all these areas is a fundamental part of life.

Personally, I have been part of the Platzi community for about five years now, and I know a motto that sums up much of the learning in this book. It is the motto created by Tifis, which is: "Never stop learning."

Yes, you will see this philosophy in how Freddy has learned to code since he was young. He followed a non-conventional or, let's say, different path, and here in the book you will be able to discover what I mean by that.

I also enjoyed reading the book because I relate to learning in whatever areas are needed, whether it is marketing to learn how to create blogs, human talent to create content on LinkedIn, or even Web3 to understand the world in which I write and, of course, to expand my knowledge even further.

And right here in the book, you will also learn more about the difficulties Freddy went through to found Platzi, including his motives for learning. You will also learn about Freddy's first project, Cristalab, and discover more about it in his book Control.

Here I also share with you what I learned about the word "control". Well, I understand that one can change their destiny, whether by having a plan, learning to organize what one wants in life, also knowing what things one might be failing at in the plan, and of course, having several plans to be able to achieve a goal or objective.

Personally, it helps me to write down what I want to achieve during the day. Here, in the book, ambition is also mentioned: setting high goals and defining a clear date to achieve them. This interests me because here you can have a motivation to act if you have a deadline to reach an objective.

Here, what I liked most about the book are the tips Freddy gives to move forward, especially to think big.

I also like it because it helps to find the strength to reach all the goals one wants, and for that, I think it requires discipline, motivation, daily action, doing different activities, and believing that one can change their life if maybe they are not where they want to be.

All of this encourages me to read the book. Well, I have already finished it; now it's time for me to read it more slowly to extract and reflect on the messages of this book.
