One thing I remember about Thailand is the food experience. They have everything, even bats, crocodiles, and extreme dishes. While there are many strange dishes, they pale in comparison to their legendary traditional cuisine. You should know this.
I try a variety of dish one by one, but I didn't dare try anything unusual, except for traditional dishes. I'm always curious about the taste, even we share the same ethnicity and similar face, the food taste different. In my experience, Thailand and Vietnam share a similar taste of food but Vietnam's is milder in flavor, unlike Thai food, which have a very strong spice flavor. Its distinctive flavor is a hint of fish oil and, of course, cilantro.
Boat Thai noodles... I've hear that this dish is legendary in Ayutthaya. There's one that's more famous but that legend restaurant too far away. I find it not far from Rajamangala Stadium where I watch the Sea Games. Right in front of the stadium there's a food court with a wide variety of food.
But, I'm really curious about this one dish can't find in this are and I thought to should to try it, right?
There are three types of food on the plate. I've order from various vendors here and I found them the most interesting like, boat Thai noodles, pad thai, and Thai omelet rice. Ah... this is a great meal for lunch, because I'll be in the stadium for a long time watching two volleyball matches at once.
Of these three dishes, which one appeals to you? You need to know.
