I guess it's pretty obvious by now how much I love BLCK Café because I found myself coming back again. There is just something about this place that keeps me coming back. Maybe it's the cozy atmosphere, the relaxing vibe, or simply the good coffee. Whatever it is, I always enjoy spending time here.
This time, I decided to try something different from their menu instead of ordering my usual drink. I ordered their Coffee Frappe. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of sweet drinks because I usually prefer my coffee strong and less sweet. I'm a huge coffee lover, so my usual choice is either a hot coffee or a simple iced coffee.
The Coffee Frappe was actually suggested by my friend because she loves frappes. At first, I wasn't sure if I would like it, but I thought, "Why not?" It's always nice to try something new once in a while. After taking my first sip, I was pleasantly surprised. It was creamy, refreshing, and had a nice coffee flavor. Although it isn't the best frappe I've ever had, I still enjoyed it. Not every drink has to become your favorite. Sometimes, trying something different is already a fun experience.
The main reason we came back to BLCK Café was that we had plenty of free time after finishing our errands. The weather outside was incredibly hot, and neither of us wanted to stay under the scorching sun. Instead of walking around aimlessly, we decided to spend our afternoon somewhere cool and comfortable.
While we were there, we watched a movie together, talked about school, shared updates about our lives, and discussed some of the things we still needed to do. It was one of those simple conversations that can last for hours without feeling boring. We also took lots of pictures, recorded a few TikTok videos, and laughed at our funny takes before finally getting one we liked.
It wasn't a grand adventure or an expensive day out, but I honestly enjoyed every moment. Sometimes, the best memories are made during the simplest days. A cozy café, a good cup of coffee, meaningful conversations, and friends you enjoy being with are more than enough to make an ordinary afternoon feel special.
I know I'll be coming back to BLCK Café again soon. Maybe next time, I'll discover another drink that surprises me just as much.
