I added subtitles because some words weren’t audible enough, and I mispronounced quite a few words that I had to correct through the subtitles.

There's nothing wrong with living your own life in your own way. You have given some thought to your decisions so you know why you do what you do. I hope you do get that property at the foot of the mountain and I know you'll be very happy there!
