I know many people might think that becoming a teacher is not a very big thing or it is a very easy job but I do not think like that.
I think a teacher can have a big impact on a child's life. They do not just teach books but also give children more basic knowledge about the world outside of books. I would actually be very happy if I could help a child learn something new or learn a new skill. I want to encourage children so that they do not think they are small or incapable and believe that everything is possible for them. Anyway I am very good at my own native language so I can express myself very well in Bangla and I think I could teach the Bangla subject to children. Just like I try to help my daughter with her Bangla subject because I understand it and can write it. Bangla is a subject for everyone in school so that children can learn about their own mother tongue and understand it and be able to write it. So it would be a very happy thing for me if I could become a Bangla teacher.
I know my life did not turn out the way I wanted it to and I could not continue my studies. When I think about this I feel very bad. I think education is a valuable thing and since I could not continue my studies I can now understand its importance. My husband tried a lot to help me continue my studies again after marriage but I thought there was no need for it since I was already married and I should take care of my family instead of fulfilling my own hobbies and wishes. I have two little daughters and I want them to study. I know they may not like studying now but I want them to understand its value and complete their education and become independent. So that they never have to bow down to anyone. I want them to become successful and fulfill their own dreams. There is no age limit for dreaming and as long as I am alive I can keep dreaming.
