EARLY MORNING PHOTOS - (PHOTOGRAPHY SERIES)

Tcats.jpg

There are mornings when I wake up feeling my temples more grayed —and this I can know even without looking at myself in the mirror—, having blurrier vision and with a bunch of small aches and pains scattered all over my body, which I did not remember having before. Then I know that outside there will be a bunch of fog waiting for me —and this I can know even without sticking my head out of any window of my house-. It is curious, but with the passing of years the body —at least mine— transforms into a kind of weather station 😂. And well, I started this post saying this precisely because the morning on which I took these photos, I had woken up exactly like that, feeling those things. But, also with time, one learns to overcome, to ignore, and to arm oneself with willpower to shake off the laziness and go out to wander looking around. And this time, as always when the fog comes to the town, it was worth doing so. And it was one of those mornings when photographs seem to "fall by the dozens" and I myself "fall upon them" and melt into a medley of image and thought, that feeling that I love so much. And the fences, the gates, the wires, the grass, they all become allies and at the same time challenges. And well, this is more or less the story of the before, the during, and the after of these photos which I share with you today here on #Hive...
