Hi guys! Happy Thursday and today happens to be the last day for the month of April 2020. Well today I continued my work from home and at the same time, I attended a department meeting thru Microsoft Teams. And it went well. After that I continued my task and have some walking inside the house whenever I noticed that I have been sitting for more than 2hours and I did walk near the terrace of my family’s residence for me to have some good exposure to sunlight.
