Warrior Running Fox paused momentarily at the outskirts of the town. He knew that the white folk were well familiar with the precious cargo that they carried…
“Stay here! Do not enter the town! Guard the box and if any should come and question, kill them!” (Translated) He said sternly as he gave the death symbol of a swipe across his neck with his hand.
The warriors all sat down in the brush and set the heavy box on the ground as Running Fox wandered deeper into the town and slowly disappeared into the crowd.

Layla Yilmaz glanced across the market square and her heart missed a beat! Putting her hand discretely on Omar’s wrist, she nodded in the direction of her sight…
“Omar, look!…A Seneca Warrior!” [Translated] She whispered.
Omar turned slowly and looked out across the market grounds. There, not a hundred feet away stood Running Fox and he was communicating with three well know traders, the leader of which was the infamous ‘Black Bart’.
“Yes...and I know him well!” Omar whispered back with gritted teeth.
“We’ve seen Indians here trading furs here before…but never Seneca!” Layla replied with great concern.
“Look! They are leaving the market and heading south through town! I will follow them…” “No Omar, don’t! If the Seneca see’s you it could be trouble! And the men he is with are known criminals!” “I must know why he is here!” “Why must you know?!” “Because the men who saved my life were sailing south towards the Seneca village! This may be a bad omen for them…” “Yes, I understand, but you’re a free man now Omar! Don’t jeopardize that!” “Layla, please…remember the debt we owe to the captain of that ship?! Remember how they brought you back from the cabin and how they raided the Seneca and freed me?! If it wasn’t for their bravery I would probably be dead by now, and what would have become of you my dear?” Omar said with great determination.
“Yes….yes, you’re right. We owe the Scots our very lives! I will go with you…” “No! You stay here…wait until I return.” “Oh Omar!”
[On the Silverton…outside the galley…]
The two boys laughed and giggled as they took turns tossing the ball down the main corridor for ‘Doug’ to fetch.
Standing just outside the galley door, Warrant Officer Lupega and Standing Officer Pocketechange watched the two with amusement…
“Children usually socialize very easily, especially if there's a pet involved. Imagine if the little gray wolf wanted to stay on the ship! But thinking about it, it's more likely he'll return to the tribe with his uncle. Well, I'm just making assumptions, but it's nice to hear children laughing on the ship!”
“Haha! They’re having the time of their life!” Pocketechange replied with a laugh, “But what will become of the boy?”
Just then, overhearing their conversation as she was walking out, Lieutenant Bleujay joined the discussion…
“It depends....on what the Keptin decides at that moment in time....anything can happen.”
“Aye Sairrr! But I dare say he’s a bit weary of Seneca passengers at present!” Pocketechange concluded as he flipped his cap on and made for the galley stairs.
