I will be testing out zoho flow (it has a free version) in combination with (paid - business) zoho mail in order to create an automatic flow
I have been recently taking some online courses for zoho products and today I will try to make a very simple automation. I plan to start using automations much more in my work, in order to improve the quality and the outcome of it.

Zoho Flow has a free plan for 100 tasks per month. I think that if someone exceeds that number, it would also be ok to pay for that!
I asked ChatGPT to give me a simple workflow, and it provided this

According to Zoho, triggers, decisions and set-variable steps don't count as tasks, while other app/logic actions do.
Step 1, Open Zoho Flow
Open Zoho Flow and sign in with the same Zoho account you use for Zoho Mail.
When signed in you can create a new workflow named
Client Email Tracker
Step 2 is to select the trigger
Choose APP and then search for zohomail (there are many more to choose from, zoho or other apps)
Choose the actual trigger
At this moment we will use 'email tagged'
After this, of course, you will need to connect the zoho flow with the email
After seeing the below screen, click 'authorize'
The flow actually .. flows you through the whole process. In the next screen, you basically choose the email and other components. It is good if you have already created the tag, if now, you simply go back, create it and then move forward so that the system sees it.
I really liked the next thing I saw, you simply use logic and apps to create whatever you wish!
It took me sometime to debug, as this was my first time and I finally made it!
This is the simplest flow I could create and here it is!
Do you use automation for your work?
Thank you for visiting, I d love to know your input!
