Hi everyone, here’s my activity report for yesterday, June 22: I took 19k steps, which I did early in the morning during my Zumba classes. The color for the day was yellow, but since I don’t have anything yellow, I decided to wear a white T-shirt. The class was pretty energetic.

At noon, I went out with my son to run an errand, and once back home, I did some housework. In the afternoon, I got ready to go to work, just like every Monday.
