Fighting through waves of Hiss and exploding Blasters, I levitated across high ledges to navigate the sector. After passing through the void pathway, she reached the Dimensional Research area, listened to the lingering echoes of Director Trench, and cleansed a control point before saving her progress for the day.
I entered a room packed with Hiss entities that were trapped behind a barrier, but one managed to slip through and attack me before I quickly took it down.
Picking up the dead enemy's body with my launch ability, I carried it forward as a weapon. A pair of exploding Blasters rushed into the corridor, so I launched the corpse straight into the first creature and blasted the second before it could detonate.
Looking around, I spotted a high ledge that seemed to lead further into the facility. But there was a high pit below where I'd definitely die if I fell, so I had to be careful not to fall.
I activated my levitate ability to reach the upper platform, but the height was just out of range, forcinging me to drop back down to the lower floor.
As I landed, a fresh swarm of Blasters charged toward my position. I hit them with telekinetic strikes right as they closed in, which detonated them at a safe distance before they could deal any damage to me.
After a bad jump sent me falling to my death on my next attempt, I respawned and located an alternate climbing path. Fighting off another wave of Hiss corruptions along the way, I finally pulled myself onto the high ledge.
As I walked through the newly discovered sector, the dark shadow of Director Trench appeared, speaking about a mysterious expedition that Dr. Darling had brought back to the Bureau.
Ignoring his voice, I kept moving through the halls while Jesse noted that whatever started during her childhood in Ordinary would finally end right here and I reached the Dimensional Research sector.
Down the main corridor, I spotted an unpurified Control Point waiting in the center of the room. I walked over, cleansed the point to claim the area, and saved my progress.
With the Slide Projector Object of Power search set for the next session, I quit out of the game hoping to get free time to play it again soon. I need to finish this game fast as I see it's next installment is already out online.
