How are you all today? I hope everyone is doing well and happy right now. Here I am again, @lj1728 to share another simple life story with you all.💕
Last Sunday, my husband and I spent a peaceful and meaningful evening at church. We decided to attend the 6:00 PM Mass, and luckily, when we arrived, the Mass had just started. We were happy that we made it on time and could participate in the entire celebration.
We joined the other churchgoers in prayer and listened to the priest’s homily. Attending Mass is always a good way to pause from our busy routines and take time to reflect on our lives. It reminds us to be grateful for all the blessings we receive, even the little things that we sometimes take for granted. It also gives us peace and strength to face whatever challenges or struggles that may come on our lives.
After Mass, my husband and I went to light candles and offer our personal prayers. We prayed for our family’s good health, safety, guidance, and continued blessings. We also included our personal intentions, hoping that God would head our prayers and guide us in making th right decisions in our daily lives.
After lighting the candles we joined the line of devotees waiting for their turn to touch Ina Peñafrancia. When it was finally our turn, we gently touch her with grateful hearts and offered our sincere prayers. It was a special moment for both of us because we were able to express our faith and ask for guidance and protection for our family.
