Electrified is a debilitation that damages your own team rather than the opponent. Units with this debilitation are usually strong low mana units like Calamity, Shock Trooper and Water Diviner. Debilitations are seen as a disadvantage but if you can combo it properly, then it actually turns into a source of strength. In today's post, I'll show a sample battle where two electrified units are together in a team. This means that they damage their team with two magic damage from second turn onwards. It's a risky strategy of sacrificing health for attack power but it pays off especially with a card with Painforge ability.
Featured Battle
In this battle, I had the Foundation water archon. She grants additional magic attack to her team. In the tank position are two low mana tanks Halfling Refugee and Ironwing Juggernaut. They are followed by four magic units. In third is Mystic Scaleweaver who deals three magic damage and has the Slow ability to debuff the enemy. In fourth is Torrent Sniper who has Painforge ability. He will gain attack power each time he gets hit with Electrified which means additional two attack power from round two onwards. In fifth and sixth positions are two units with Electrified debilitation. Shock Trooper and Water Diviner are both low mana units with high magic attacks.
The enemy had a dual splinter level eight archon but doesn't give a buff to her team. He put up a high level team with strong tanks supported by a healer. His damage dealers are two level six magic units. My magic units were quick to cut the enemy. Especially Torrent Sniper whose magic attack was raised to six and was able to defeat the enemy in one hit. This battle displays the power of Electrified when paired with Painforge ability.
