Overview
Today I brought a Wild Ranked battle, where the combination of the rulesets were pretty strong and if I will try to take advantage of that by bringing few key monsters to build few super strong monsters in my lineup. π
My upcoming Battle ruleset(s)

| Ruleset | Description |
|---|---|
| Target Practice | All units with magic and ranged attacks will have the Snipe ability. |
| Born Again | All units will have the Rebirth ability. |
The mana cap for my next battle was only 55, which is always amazing, because it allows me to use my most favorite monsters whom are a bit pricey with their mana cost. They tend to cost ten or more mana, so I am always happy to see battles with such a high mana cap. π
The Target Practice ruleset will give the Snipe ability to all of the monsters on the battlefield, which means if they happen to be a magic or ranged attack monsters they will target the first magic, ranged or non-attacker** from the enemy lineup. It is quite important to keep this in mind, because this can be a huge advantage to me if I build my lineup correctly. π
The Born Again ruleset will give the Rebirth ability to all the monsters on the battlefield as well, which means when a monster dies the first time in this battle they will be Resurrected back with one health and with all of their armor, so it will make this battle a bit more difficult to predict. π

My opponent brought the Franz Ruffmane who is a Life Summoner and his power is similar to mine, which is to be able to bring one additional Gladiator monster into this battle and on top of that he will increase all the armor on his friendly monsters by one. π
In the first round all of the enemy monsters (except their melee ones) started attacking my Venari Marksrat and they managed to kill him easily twice in a row, which was perfect, because he was able to activate his Martyr ability increasing all the stats of my Grum and Chimney by two. πͺ
Just before the first round finished my Grum killed their Barbarian, so he also increased all of his stats by one with his Bloodlust ability making him even more powerful.
The second round started similar than my first, but this time I have lost my Firecaller twice fro mthe middle of my lineup and she also had the Martyr ability to increase the stats of her adjacent monsters by two. Still in this round Chimney killed their Barbarian once again and he managed to activate his Bloodlust ability as well. π€
In the middle of the second round I lost my Ferox Defender against the enemy Double striker Sneaker, but when he came back he gave the two armor from his Protect ability again to his friendly monsters.
At the beginning of the third round my team killed their Prismatic Energy monster and they even killed their Time Mage the first time and also my Grum killed their replacement tank as well. By the time now he became so powerful that hed had +9 melee attack +15 health and loads of armor, which made him almost invincible from this point of the battle.
In the fourth round I lost my Ferox Defender once and for all, but my Grumm and Chimney was absolutley powerful, so they single handedly manged to kill the entire enemy team from here, which gave me an easy win. π

Battle Result

Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?
My strategy was to try to direct the enemy magic and ranged attack damage to my two monsters with the Martyr ability and because of the Born Again ruleset this will happen twice in a row. The only exception would be if my opponent would bring only melee attackers, because they will attack normally and not targeting my two Martyr monster first. π
