After eventually calming down and putting all my toys back in the pram, I'm now considering taking legal action....

Against who?

The Babylon fucking Bee, that's who ! (I'll omit the 'fucking' in any legal correspondence of course).

I'm not sure if it's a valid legal case as of yet , I'm consulting my tea leaves - but my emotions tell me that it bloody well that should be !

What affront is it, they've they committed?

Admittedly, I'd only written a very basic outline, comprising of - I quote - 'seat belts to be worn at all times in a new mandatory ruling', but I think that we can all agree that my headline pretty much covers their entire piece.

Did they indulge in industrial espionage, and filch my headline off my word document - who knows ?

Only legal action can get to the bottom of it, to find out the truth of things - and I'm determined to make sure that justice is being served....

Either that, or an out of court settlement for $500 dollars will be ok to.... (I'll also throw in a non disclosure agreement as well, for another 30 bucks).
