It is Wednesday, which is my rest day. I've got lots of stuff to do at the moment.

Today, there is a place here in Bintulu, Sarawak, where you can eat delicious Nasi Lemak. Here, you can even add some extra stuff. This is called

PAK IMRAN NASI LEMAK

This is one of their restaurants here. They have another one here in Bintulu. I was hungry and looking at the Nasi Lemak here; I got really hungry.

This is one of their lunch deals that occurs around 1 to 3 p.m the afternoon but I arrived slightly late. A couple of minutes late. So this deal was not redeemable at the moment.

I ordered a cup of iced coffee. This is the best drink to have on any hot day. It is at the moment quite hot here in Sarawak due to the forest fires.

This is where the Nasi Lemak is prepared.

Nasi Lemak Chicken Rendang

This dish is the national dish of Malaysia. The chicken is fried with a special sauce. There are a lot of fried anchiovies, boiled egg.

These are some of the other items on the menu that you can choose as well.

This is what my wife ordered: a plate of Nasi Lemak that instead has squid and some clams in their special sauce.

One of the best things is that this shop is generous, and they have lots of ingredients in their dish.

I spent close to thirty minutes eating everything. Usually, most of the time, I spend around around 15 minutes to gobble up everything.
