I’ll be around whenever I can; however, it’s quite difficult right now due to constant power outages, which makes it hard for me to craft my figures, as I rely on a hot glue gun for most of them.

Ahora sí, les comparto un personaje que muchos deben conocer ya que aparece en las películas de Disney, se trata de Pascal , el mejor amigo de Rapunzel, este tierno camaleón se puede realizar en diferentes materiales incluso con limpiapipas, queda súper bonito y es ideal para decorar u obsequiar, así que les traigo este tutorial por si en algún momento quieren realizar uno, no es complicado el proceso solo es cuestionar de tomar tiempo.

Now, I’d like to share a character that many of you likely recognize from Disney films: Pascal, Rapunzel’s best friend. This adorable chameleon can be crafted using various materials—even pipe cleaners! The result is super cute, making it perfect for decoration or as a gift. I’ve put together this tutorial in case you’d like to make one yourself; the process isn’t complicated—it just takes a little bit of time.

Aproveché que tenía el color más parecido a Pascal, eso sí este color verde musgo no se encuentra en todas partes por lo que hace tiempo lo compré en otro estado, y además es de buena calidad, lo que le da un mejor acabado a las figuras, a continuación el paso a paso.

I took advantage of the fact that I had a color very similar to Pascal’s—though, mind you, this moss-green shade isn’t easy to find; I actually bought it a while back in another state. It’s also of good quality, which gives the figures a better finish. Here is the step-by-step process.

Paso a paso / Step by step

El primer paso que voy a realizar será seleccionar dos esferas de anime #4, nuestra figura será de tamaño mediano, ahora vamos a comenzar a cubrir ambas esferas con el limpiapipas de color verde hasta alcanzar su totalidad.

The first step is to select two #4 Styrofoam spheres—our figure will be medium-sized—and then cover both spheres completely using green pipe cleaners.

Una vez que tengamos listas ambas esferas vamos a colocar dos palillos en lo que sería la cabeza para unir con la otra esfera que sería el cuerpo, aplicamos un poco de silicón y unimos, ahora vamos a realizar la cresta, doblando el limpiapipas en forma triangular, y pegamos desde la cabeza hasta el cuerpo.

Once both spheres are ready, insert two toothpicks into what will be the head to connect it to the other sphere, which will serve as the body; apply a bit of hot glue and join them together. Next, create the crest by bending a pipe cleaner into a triangular shape, and glue it so that it extends from the head down to the body.

Ahora vamos a cortar un limpiapipas de 15 cm y enrollamos en un palillo, también vamos a realizar las cuatro patitas, vamos a enrollar en un bolígrafo el limpiapipas dando tres vueltas, el sobrante lo vamos a unir a un palillo y cubrimos dando vueltas, estás serían las patitas, las unimos con silicón en la parte delantera y trasera.

Next, cut a 15 cm pipe cleaner and wrap it around a small stick. To make the four little legs, wrap a pipe cleaner around a pen three times; attach the remaining length to a small stick, wrapping it around to cover it. These will be the legs—attach them to the front and back using hot glue.

Para la cola vamos a realizar un espiral luego medimos 5 cm doblamos y enrollamos al rededor, esta sería la cola, para los ojos vamos a realizar un pequeño circulo de color marrón que vamos a colocar en el centro, luego lo cubrimos de color blanco al rededor y en el centro colocamos el color negro, pegamos de ambos lados. También vamos a colocar el limpiapipas que medimos anteriormente de 15 por encima de ambos ojos.

For the tail, we will create a spiral; then, we measure 5 cm, fold it, and wrap it around—this will form the tail. For the eyes, we will make a small brown circle to place in the center, surround it with white, and add a black dot in the middle; then, we attach them to both sides. We will also place the 15 cm pipe cleaner—which we measured earlier—across the top of both eyes.
