The reason I am posting again after such a long time is because my exams had started and my laptop was having some issues. So with everything combined I had to stay inactive for a while. But now everything has been completely fixed so I can finally stay active again. Now let's focus on the main concept of today's post.
Peter became Spider Man again and sat on a rooftop before a crime alert suddenly appeared. He rushed to the location and stylishly took down the thugs but one escaped in a car. I chased him but failed because of a small mistake on my part. After that Spider Man headed to the lab to check Peter and Otto’s artificial hand project. The project had succeeded but Norman Osborn suddenly arrived and shut everything down. Otto became devastated and Peter tried to comfort him.
After leaving Martin Li's office I decided to become Spider Man again and continue investigating what was happening around the city. I climbed up to a nearby rooftop and sat there for a moment while looking over the streets. It was one of those short peaceful moments before the next bit of trouble appeared.
I hadn't been sitting there for long when a crime alert suddenly popped up. A group of thugs were robbing a location nearby. When I arrived I jumped straight into the fight. I took down the criminals one by one using a combination of punches web attacks and some stylish moves. However one of the thugs managed to escape in a car. I immediately started chasing him through the streets. Spider Man swing behind the vehicle trying to catch up but unfortunately I couldn't stop him. I have to admit that I made a bit of a mistake during this chase and probably could have handled it better.
After that little failure the main objective appeared and it was time to head back to the lab. Peter and Otto had been working on their artificial hand project and now it was time to find out whether their research had actually succeeded. As Spider Man I swing across the city using my webs and eventually reached the building. After entering as Peter I went inside to check on the project.
Thankfully the results were much better than I expected. The artificial hand project had actually been successful. Peter and Otto had finally achieved something they had been working toward for a long time.
Just then some people suddenly started removing the items there. When Peter tried to stop them they showed him an official notice. Seeing this situation Otto went to call the mayor's office but Norman Osborn suddenly arrived.
Osborn ordered them to leave and wanted the project shut down. Otto tried to explain that their work had succeeded and that they had made real progress but Osborn wasn't interested in listening. He completely dismissed their achievement and shut the project down. Peter tried to speak up but there wasn't much he could do. Seeing all their hard work suddenly taken away was difficult especially for Otto.
Peter stayed beside him and tried to comfort him. It was a quiet emotional moment after all the action earlier and it showed how much this project actually meant to Otto. They had finally succeeded but still ended up losing everything they had worked for.
