The game starts with Peter leaving a shop after having a drink when a robbery suddenly takes place. The shopkeeper asks for help but Peter refuses and walks away only to see his uncle being shot by the robbers. Despite Peter desperately calling for an ambulance his uncle dies. A cinematic then explains how Peter became Spider Man and his search for the killer. Soon I was controlling Spider Man, swinging to an objective where Black Cat’s trap triggered his Spider Sense. After defeating the gang. Then Spider Man securing three ammo crates and questioning another thug but he was tricked and escaped.
Peter came out of a small shop while drinking something. Just as he was leaving the shop suddenly got robbed. The shopkeeper asked Peter for help but at that moment Peter refused and continued walking. Peter suddenly realized that the robbers had shot his uncle. He immediately rushed toward him and started shouting for someone to call an ambulance. Peter was desperate and tried everything he could but unfortunately it was already too late. His uncle died right there leaving Peter completely devastated.
A cinematic scene then started, showing how Peter eventually became Spider Man and how he began searching for the criminal responsible for his uncle's death.
After the cinematic, the game suddenly showed Spider Man jumping from the top of a tall building. Once control returned to me I started swinging through the city toward the objective point. When Spider Man reached the location I started taking pictures of the criminals from a safe position. But suddenly the Spider Sense alerted me to danger. I immediately moved away before anything could hit Spider Man. It turned out that the whole situation had been set up by Black Cat, who was trying to make Spider Man get caught. Since Spider Man had now been spotted by everyone, there was no point in staying hidden. I jumped into the fight and started taking down the enemies one after another. The combat was fast and satisfying and eventually I managed to defeat everyone. After the fight I grabbed one of the enemies and questioned him about the criminal I was searching for.
The scene then shifted to another mission where Spider Man had to secure three ammunition crates. I moved around the area and secured all three without too much trouble. At the end I faced another enemy and managed to defeat him before pinning him against a wall. I started questioning him about the same criminal hoping this time I would finally get some answers. But just when I thought I had him he tricked Spider Man and managed to escape. So once again, I was left with more questions than answers and the search continued.
