A variety of vegetable and fruit shops, including fish.

Shopping is an interesting part of our daily life journey. Which means peace and a special goal of survival. Moreover, the plan to go to different places to find healthy foods should be celebrated among all. Let us take you to the pedestrian area from Khamarbari to Farmgate in the capital city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. However, after many days, shopping for essential things and bargaining on this road again on a walking journey.

Horn fish is one of the most delicious and healthy fish to eat. This special fish usually helps to reproduce in muddy soil or clean water. Moreover, this fish has some special health benefits. For example, if you have physical weakness and illness, this special fish is very effective. Moreover, if your body has low blood, this special fish is very effective in meeting the blood needs. Currently, the hive price of this fish is 400 taka per kg, 67.85 taka. I think you should choose such healthy non-vegetarian foods for your family.

Here is a fish seller who sells live pangas fish in special water in a van every day. Pangas fish are very delicious to eat and especially in this month, the demand for oil and meat is met in large quantities. However, eating fresh fish is really interesting. But in Bangladesh, especially marine fish are not available fresh. Except in certain places. Pangas fish is 250 taka per kg, hive price 42.41. However, the price of pangas fish is much lower than other fish.

Moreover, tilapia fish is also available here. This particular tilapia fish is currently 300 taka per kg, hive price 50.90, but the price of everything in Dhaka city is much higher than in the village. And due to the increase in the salary of our Bangladesh government employees, the price of everything has doubled. It has become very difficult for us to manage our family.

Here you can usually see our local garlic of Bangladesh. This particular garlic is currently selling here for 60 taka per kg with a hive price of 10.18, but the taste of this local garlic is different and there are many benefits to eating it. I think we need to eat local products.

We should all eat these special healthy fruits. For example, there are various types of fruits including amla, grapefruit, raw turmeric, olives, etc. papaya. You can buy these special fruits between 80 and 100 taka per kg and between 13.58 and 16.97 taka. However, when you buy fruits, your family happily thinks about health protection.

You can buy these special items at a price of 30 taka per piece, hive price 5.09. And from there, you can buy the necessary items of your choice by selecting them.

There are various types of vegetables here, such as a variety of vegetables including poishak. You can buy vegetables here at a very low price. Each piece is 20 taka hive price 3.39 You can also do your beautiful shopping with the necessary products and fruits. Thank you for your valuable time and cooperation. Of course, encourage your family to eat healthy fruits.

Wow, tilapia is real. Felt like home. I remember that my favorite dish of tilapia is fried. The crispiness melts to my mouth is very satisfying. Ugh. It makes me hungry

Me encanta como no solo disfrutas de ir a comprar tus alimentos, sino cómo compras cada alimento con conciencia pensando en el beneficio que aporta para ti y tu familia, eso sí es cocinar con amor

One of my favorite fish is this Tilapia, it feels great to fry this tilapia fish and paired with a hot soy sauce, I can get three times the usual food that I can eat if I ever cook and eat this Tilapia meal.

Well, that's life of a living person where they will buy food at the market the same as you did now and aside from the food or meat like fish, you also buy that will be paired with the meat that you will buy (veggies or even the spices or herbs) .

It’s nice that you have olive trees where you live. We don’t have olive trees here in the Philippines. Maybe olive oil is cheaper there because olives are more readily available.

While reading your post, I was surprised when I saw the tilapia fish! The funny thing is that we call it tilapia here in the Philippines, too. It’s amazing how some fish have the same names even in different countries. It reminds me of how food can connect people from different places. Now I’m curious how you usually cook your tilapia there!
