Hello Hive
A beautiful new start of the day to us all, I hope that we have been able to rest well.

We have now been able to successfully clear off bushes off our Beans farm and now we would be moving unto the next farm and work. The Sorghum farm has now equally being taking over by bushes as at the time we saw it yesterday and our work focus will be towards that.

Rains have fallen on the beans plant after the weeding and they are doing well so far. We have to keep watching out for pesticides as beans is one of the fragile crops that easily gets affected by pest. Most times after planting beans we make sure that we come around the farm often to check on it and to also keep some pesticides handy.

Beans do not normally need fertilizers like rice hence once you find some quality soil to plant them you don't bother about that. I have already priced the fertilize we would be needing for our rice farms as the next line of activities will be to apply some herbicides and then fertilizer to help it produce some good seed.

Due to the amount of water in rice farms we often do not do any manual weedings there. It is not safe to work in the swamp hence we purchase herbicides and add to the farms moderately.

From here the next stage is flowering for these beans and their growth has been rapid so far with no challenge.

The beans planted earlier before this ones are doing well, that is once you plant crops and give it all the necessary care at the right time it will produce it food as long as the heavens also bless us with rains. For today we may be working in the sorghum farm as those are the farms that needs weeding next.
