It was raining, but Sam was walking towards his university because had an important interview that day, while on his way suddenly he saw a lost puppy standing near a bus stop. That puppy looked wet and sad, as if he was waiting for his owner. As a dog lover Sam wanted to help, so he took the puppy to the shop which was in front of the bus stop. Sam asked the owner if he knew who the dog belonged to. The owner looked at the dog and shook his head. “Sorry,” he said, “It’s not my jurisdiction.”
Sam wasn't hearing such phrase's for the first time, it has happened before, the puppy was starring at Sam as he didn’t care about rules or responsibility poor puppy just needed help.
However, Sam was getting late for his classes but he decided to stay with the puppy and posted a picture online. Three hours later, it was almost 11pm, a woman rushed to the shop. The puppy as soon as he saw his owner his eyes got brightened, the owner came and hugged the puppy and thanked Sam repeatedly.
As they walked away, Sam smiled. He whispered slowly and said to himself, “What is not my jurisdiction, can come in help for someone else and this little help can make a big difference."
