Stone painting ## a fun and simple activity for

Hello friends !

In my last post I share about my dream garden , where i worked a lot to make my garden clean and beautiful. Front side of the garden is ready where i already placed the mushroom art made by my son .

I inspired by the idea and thought to made some more . I decide to make some stone art as it is fun and simple activity where we can make stone like an amazing canvas . We have lots of options and can paint stone into colorful arts .

first I choose some stone from my garden , clean the stone and asked my son what we paint first .

He said it looks like a mango shape , so let’s paint it like a mango .

I arranged all stuff and also searched for design .

To make this mango stone painting we use some acrylic paints, 4-5 types brushes . Inshort with minimum things we can make this amazing art .

So, first with a brush we cover the stone base coat with yellow color . Apply first coat and let it dry for at least 20 minutes. Then again we apply second coat and again left it for 30 minutes .

During this time my son completed his homework given in school note book 😛.

When the base is ready and paint is dry , on the top to right we made orange shade .

On the bottom side we give it a green shade to give a natural look of mango . 🥭

Now on the top side we made leaves with green paint . First I draw leaves with pencil and my son draw outline with dark green color .

Fill the leaves with light green color and give it some more details with dark green and brown color .

My son asked me to make a smily mango so I draw face and my son paint it . We also apply the blush ☺️.

And our cute mango is ready .

And here you can see how we put it . We put it in our pot with that mushroom art .

Me and my son feel so happy after decorate our entrance with cute art .

We are planning to make some more art . It is a good art for kids as they enjoyed it so much .

I hope you also like this art .

Thank you so much everyone for your valuable time , support and love 🤍🌸

Such a lovely idea of decorating your garden. The stone definitely resembles the shape of a mango. Applause to both mom and son.

I enjoy painting stones. Do you hide them for people to find like we do in the UK?
