Among the famous educational institutions of our country, there are several educational institutions in which student council elections are held. One of which is Dhaka University. Dhaka University is called the Oxford University of the East. This is one of the most famous universities in our country.
Those who study at Dhaka University are basically the best students in our country. They are very talented. They gain a lot of knowledge by studying at Dhaka University. Dhaka University has many departments in which students study regularly. However, since Dhaka University is one of the biggest and most prestigious universities in our country, the politics of our country is surrounded here. Since Dhaka University was established, its name has spread everywhere.
Because of this, those who do politics here basically do politics with the first class politicians of Bangladesh. Politics in Dhaka University has a different way of thinking for people. Because the respect and dignity of those who do politics in this university is the highest. Student council elections are held here. So that we have many students participating in the elections from different parties. Again, there are many students who are mainly running for different positions here independently.
DUCSU elections are held here once a year. However, the last DUCSU elections were held in 2025. Here, a branch of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islam, which is mainly known as Shibir, won many seats and won. They later did many things for the general students. Especially, they closed the hall and guest rooms at once. They tried to restore the best law and order in the campus and they were quite successful in these matters.
Those who won the elections earlier only destroyed the general students and the money of Dhaka University by keeping relations with their central party. The general students are now definitely saying good things to the leaders of DUCSU and they have done a lot for the students which is now visible to everyone. Thank you all for reading my post.
