Let's apply this using 1000 votes
1000 Votes will give: 0.001 × 1000 = 1 Terc/day 1/4 = .25 Terc/cycle(6hrs)
Therefore,
0.25 Terc= 1cycle 1 Terc = 1/0.25 = 4 cycles 4 cycles= 4 × 6 hrs= 24hrs/24hrs= 1 day 1000 votes will give you 1 TERC in 1 day
