Shoulder Tension. Strengthening and developing all your muscles is very important; however, today we’re going to use resistance bands to engage your shoulders in a comfortable, simple way without causing any negative impact—which can sometimes happen when using weights or dumbbells. Having healthy shoulders means stability in your arms and helps prevent injuries when gripping objects. Furthermore, they’re also an essential part of good posture; of course, during the session, we’ll be on our knees, keeping our abs and glutes engaged. As I always say, work at your own pace—no one gets left behind. Come join me and get your life moving.

Don't forget to take 20-second breaks between exercises and 1-2 minute breaks between sets; hydration is extremely important to replenish fluids and salts lost during exercise. On the other hand, we must try as much as possible to maintain a balanced diet and adequate rest, which contribute to achieving better physical results.
