A fresh, mild morning. Barely any wind today, making it very pleasant for a leisurely walk around Luiseninsel through the palace park, combining interval walking with breathing and meditation exercises by the water. Afterward, I ran a few errands that had been left undone from last week. Today’s motifs are a small, cute lemon butterfly and one of the pretty weeping willows with an interesting shadow arch.

Ein frischer, milder Morgen. Kaum windig heute und sehr angenehm für eine entspannte Luiseninselrunde durch den Schlosspark im Intervall-Walking mit Atem- und Meditationsübungen am Wasser. Im Anschluss noch ein paar Erledigungen gemacht, die letzte Woche liegen geblieben waren. Das Motiv für heute ist ein kleiner, niedlicher Zitronenfalter und eine der hübschen Trauerweiden mit einem interessanten Schattentorbogen.
