Meditation in the biblical manner is the law of the lord not the law of men.
How should Christians pratice meditation?
The true meditation or perfect meditation taught by the bible which is the authentic word of God is in the book of psalms chapter 1 verse 2 but his delight is in the law of the lord, and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
Verse 3 says, And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season, his leaf also shall not wither, and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
It is the only meditation which works in our relationship with God the bible tell us that his delight is in the law of the lord not in the inventions of men not on how to stay awake for 30 hours or how to sit down straight like some are doing it not proper meditation in the biblical manner is his delight is in the law of the lord th law of the lord not the law.
Titus 1 verse 14 says, Not giving heed5o Jewish fables and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.
Commandment of men or law of men in religion turn from the truth that the gospel teaches that's why the word of God tells us in psalm 1 verse 2 that his delight is in the law of the lord not in the law of men. This law his what he meditates day and night. Meditation should be in the law of lord day and night just like what he was telling us preaching this because I'm doing this night and day I meditate in the law of God on how I will be a useful individual Psalm 119 verse 97 says, O how love I thy law! It is my meditation all the day. The salmi said oh how love I thy law love I die law it is my meditation all the day it's not yoga
