The Fate Of Beshi.

I leaped into a haystack, assassinated a guard, and searched for the key. After sneaking past several posted guards, I looted a chest and recovered the key. I slipped into Wasif's quarters, where I watched helplessly as Wasif executed Beshi before Ali arrived at the compound.

I took a leap of faith straight down into the haystack below, hoping the guard who carried the key was somewhere nearby. A guard stood close to the pile, so I assassinated him quickly and pulled his body into the hay to keep it hidden.

I then began searching for the key in earnest. After stepping inside a nearby dressing room for cover, I lured another guard toward my position. Once he was close enough, I eliminated him and concealed his body inside the room.

I made my way quietly into a quarter while several guards moved right around the area. I was almost spotted at one point, but fortunately, nobody noticed my presence.

Alongside a chest box that I looted, I found the exact key I was looking for, even though I had almost lost hope of finding it.

As Basim had mentioned earlier, this key was supposed to grant me access inside the inner garrison.

With the key in my hands, I knew I had to remain extra careful while making my escape out of the quarter. My luck held out, and I managed to leave the quarter without getting caught.

Once clear, I ran directly for the door that the steward had shown me. Inside, I discovered Wasif's personal room, which felt surprisingly bare for a man who held so much power.

The space looked more like an elaborate shrine. Basim mentioned that Wasif must have loved his mother deeply, a detail he gathered after reading a letter Wasif had written to her.

I proceeded through the inner door and stepped into the main area of the inner garrison, where a large number of guards were stationed.

I spotted Wasif standing near the center, clearly preparing to execute someone.

It turned out to be Beshi. Wasif held him captive and was about to cut him down, declaring that anyone who bore arms against them belonged to the enemy.

Beshi countered that he was on the wrong side of history. Beshi told him that judgment belonged to Allah alone, not to Wasif. Before anyone could stop him, Wasif drove his sword directly through Beshi's chest.

Basim was busy taking down the surrounding guards, but it was sad that he could not save Beshi in time.

Right after the execution took place, Ali reached the compound and I knew a battle was about to take place next. But I got confused about how Ali reached the compound like this when I had to struggle to get there.

Until next time, happy gaming.

  • This gameplay had everything. stealth, exploration, a shocking execution, and finally Ali's arrival. It feels like the story is heading toward a major confrontation.

The way you slipped through those guards without getting caught had been seriously clean, especially with how crowded that area looked.

Finding the key inside that chest after nearly giving up was a satisfying moment. Sometimes the item you need is hiding in the most unexpected place.
