Man of Steel is one of those superhero movies that I seriously love. Actually, Superman is my favorite superhero. The movie follows Clark Kent as he grows up trying to discover who he is. And also, when he came to the realization that he is Superman, he was forced to make a choice whether to protect humanity.

The kind of love Clark's adoptive parents showed him was so overwhelming. Right from the beginning, they took care of him so well, as if he were their biological child. The relationship between Clark and his parents was very strong.
The action scenes were very interesting. The part when "Faora-Ul" and "Nam-Ek" where sent to fight Superman. After Krypton was destroyed, Zod and his followers discovered that Kal-El had survived and was living on Earth.

Zod wanted to use Superman because he believed Kal-El had something important from Krypton that could help him restore the Kryptonian race.
So, he sent Faora-Ul and Nam-Ek to find Superman and take him back to Krypton. Superman was actually not trained in Krypton, so he was not as fast as them. The fighting was quite amazing. They beat him up at first, but he already had the power to defeat them.

And they weren't fighting him because they hated him, but they were just following Zod's orders to bring back the Kryptonian race.
The last part was so confusing for Superman. Zod wanted Superman to go back to Krypton. When Superman decided not to, Zod made a choice that he was going to kill humanity and destroy the Earth. This is when Superman didn't agree to that. Zod tried to destroy the Earth, and Superman didn't allow that because of the love he had for his adoptive parents and the relationship they shared. And Superman couldn't allow Zod to destroy innocent lives when Zod tried to kill some people.

Superman killed Zod by snapping his neck to stop him from killing innocent people. That was a difficult moment because Superman was forced to make this difficult choice, and he had no option but to save innocent lives.

The way this story was structured, it is so interesting and entertaining. It has great action. That is the part I actually loved the most. Superman cried out when he finally made his life decision by killing Zod. But also, I loved the decision he made. All images downloaded from IMDb
