This series of shots came from a dark gloomy evening back in November 2018, when I took my babygirl to the Light festival - which luckily happened not too far from the place we live, we didnt have to travel to other city - literally it was organized at the neighbouring street! The baby was 9 years old by the time. Her hands were too weak to hold the full-frame Canon 5d camera that I obtained exactly at the time, even with a cheap and light 50mm 1.8 lens mounted.
Ofc we walked without any tripod... but I couldn’t resist the temptation and let her hold the camera and make a few clicks herself — not awaiting a good results, but rather as part of experience and growing up. In the photo below, that’s me on the left! The pictures turned out super blurry, of course, but I’ve kept them anyway, along with the rest of the set. Such memories!
We touched the Moon surface with own hand...
...and watched the show of dancing japanese robots. After the show the robots appeared in her drawings, this lasted a few weeks - she was very impressed with the visuals (not like me).
It is very important during childhood to fill a child’s mind with a wide variety of new impressions, experiences, and tactile activities—all of which greatly contribute to a child’s growth and development. My daughter and I still remember that wonderful evening, not least because of these (rather mediocre) blurry photographs :)
