Great podcast. I have been suffering with the Gout for the past 10 years now … but managing pain with Allopurinol (300 mg per day) and flare ups with Colchicine ….. but no more beer, steak or Seafood … unless I want a few days of pain … I am going to see my doctor about increasing the Allopurinol to eliminate the pain in my knuckles. My big toe is ok these days.
