🐝 Halloween Defense – A New Map in Hive Town! 🎃

Hello everyone!

I have another update for you! I've just added a second map to Halloween Defense in Hive Town – The Cursed Apiary! 😄

This time, our bees are in serious danger!

🐝 A giant hornet and its army are trying to attack our apiary, kill our bees, and destroy the hive! We can't let that happen!

Your mission is to defend the hive against waves of enemies. You have several types of towers that you can build and upgrade. But you'll need to think carefully about your strategy because this new map is more difficult than the previous one!

🌙 What's waiting for you on the new map?

  • A completely new map with a dark Halloween atmosphere.

  • New monsters and enemies.

  • 15 waves to survive.

  • Towers that you can build and upgrade.

  • A giant final boss – the Hornet Queen! 🐝👑

The final wave is a real challenge! The giant hornet has a huge amount of health, and defeating it won't be easy. Will you manage to build a strong enough defense to save our bees?

🎃 Extra Points for the Halloween Event!

I also have a little surprise for you!

🏆 Everyone who completes the new map and defeats the final boss will receive 30 points toward the Halloween Event leaderboard!

🎁 And that's not all! Every player who currently has fewer than 200 points on the leaderboard will receive 200 additional points completely free!

I want to encourage new players and those who are just starting their adventure in Hive Town to join the fun. This way, everyone will still have a chance to compete for a good position on the leaderboard!

I tried to make the second map more interesting and require a bit more strategy when placing your towers. I hope the difficulty level will be just right this time!

I'd really love to hear your opinions! Let me know if you managed to defeat the final boss and which map you like more. 😄

But they deserve thanks and congratulations not only for their great scores. I've noticed that they're also very actively promoting Hive Town in the wider Hive community, creating posts and writing comments about our town. That's why I'd like to thank them twice as much! 😄

Of course, I haven't forgotten about the other people who are also getting involved, promoting Hive Town, and helping others discover our town.

It really makes me happy to see people spending their time and putting effort into helping this project grow, even though I never asked them to do it.

It really means a lot to me!

    Woohoo! Another exciting update, mate!

    I've already tried the new Apiary map, and oh man, it's definitely challenging! LOL! I haven't managed to win yet, but I'm enjoying figuring out the right strategy. I also appreciate the bonus points for newer players.

    Haha. Such is the terrible addiction that before seeing this, I had completed both maps on both modes already. It wasn't a one attempt thing by any means, but I needed to work out how to complete all without losing a heart 😁

    I have never beaten the final boss in the ruins despite more attempts than I dare admit to. I have come to the conclusion that my mouse is simply not up to the task, although I keep attempting it each day in case I discover something I have previously missed.

    Similar with the zombies, I will never be a record-breaker, but have had a lot fun trying different strategies!

    Because of this, I don't expect to finish top 3 but Hive Town is about far more than that for me. I love how many times the town and game have evolved in the few weeks I have played it.

    I fully admit I am already looking forward to Christmas in Hive Town 😁 🎅🎄

    Wasps, skeletons, tinsel and baubles, has there ever been a better combination??? 🎄🐝 💀

    I’m still on the previous map; once I beat it, I’ll move on to this one—haha! 15 waves—that’s going to be good!

    Fifteen waves sounds like a solid challenge, especially with that Hornet Queen at the end. I am definitely going to need a few tries to figure out the right tower placements for this new map.
