I just realized, that if I cook meal like this, it won't even last a day. While if I simply just cook my boring Adobo or those "Pacham" recipes, it can surely last for day, 3 days the max. With that, I can save more money if I just do that. But then again, getting tired with those few recipes can't be helped too especially if we eat them for lunch and dinner -and repeat the next day. And so, although I want to save more, doing this kind of recipe every ince in a while maybe is not that bad. At least, we get to enjoy a recipe that is different from our "the usual." Lol (^._.^)ノ
Anyways, this recipe is not that special but I treat it like that coz I don't do this that often. This is the first time this year that I made this actually. Lolol. So these are the recipes. 500 grams of Chicken Breast that I debone, maybe there's only 420 grams left after deboning it, not so sure, then flour, carrot, onion, garlic, pepper, salt, msg, and water. For the Chicken breast, I had to chop them first into small sizes coz I'll be using a small manual food processor. Same with the carrot.
So here's all the ingredients. I used our manual processor to grind them. Also, I grind the meat and carrot separately coz well, my hand won't be able to handle if I out them all together in one haha. I actually had the hard rime just with the meat I had to do it in two batch, aigoooooo. Anyways, that:s just one of the steps to eat a good food so, keri lang beh. Lol
And here they are! I only realized this now but making a collage like this is actually not bad and less time consuming too. But still, I won't do it if not for the upload limit hahaha. Had to do this coz I like using Peakd. Ehe. Anyway highway, next is seasonings time! They're already minced thanks to our manual processor. Got the ngalay na kamay coz its manual huhu. They're not heavy but still had to use force so it still feels like heavy.
So I just season this with salt, msg, pepper, lil bit of flour to bind them, I didn't use egg coz I don't have em. Ehe. Mix, mix, until they are all well combined...and then, make a balls.
Just like this kind of balls, just the normal size. I tried making balls and I'm really glad they stick together even without egg. Phewww! After making balls, I then started frying them in a a pan. I didn't use much oil where they can all like swim.
And there we have it, a flat balls? Hahaha. Still look edible though haha. And man, the fam loves it that we almost ate everything in one sitting. Good thing they last until dinner. Hahahaha. Seriously, I planned to make a sauce for it or even cook it on a ketchup with potato and carrot...but, I am already too lazy and I already hit my budget for it so, no can't. But maybe i'll try making them again next time...next year? For New year maybe? I'll make sure to perfect my balls. Lolol
