I kinda get so busy this morning helping Mommy D. But before that, I went to the market too to buy ingredients for lunch and a fresh coconut milk because Mommy D wants to cook green bananas with coconut milk in it, I knew it as Sinugno here in our town. It is really a very comforting snacks and I was so excited coz Mommy D planned to make that for today. Actually we have matured coconut at home and before leaving home Mommy F volunteered to grate it. When I arrived home Mommy D already squeezes out its milk. But I still bought a fresh ones in the market, I mean, more coconut milk the better. Righty? And it can get creamier, hihi

Mommy D already cut the bananas into small sizes, she's so quick (≧▽≦). But then, I noticed something else in the table, a glutinous rice flour. And I thought "there's a change of mind, she's thinking of doing something else (⌐■-■)." When I saw the flour I already knew what she's planning to make, a Bilo-Bilo, but this would be the incomplete version coz we don't have sago, sweet potato, langka, what else did I miss? And yeah, this is basically just a Ginataang Saging and Glutinous Rice Balls ƪ(‾.‾“)┐. But whatever right? Its still a Bilo-Bilo in my eyes. Lol

So while i'm cleaning the fish I bought in the market, Mommy D are busy making balls, lol. Well, she has more knowledge in making it and look how fast she finished them all in an instant. Cool! Cool! Btw, it is a mixture of glutinous rice flour and cake flour. We all don't want the balls to be to chewy that it will be hard to chew it. She actually made it just how we all like it, soft but still easy to much. Hihi

And so, its cooking time! Using the coconut milk from the grated coconut, btw, Mommy D put hot water while squeezing the coconut milk. So it is not a pure coconut milk. And then she put first the bananas, vanilla, pinch of salt, and sugar and cooked for 8 minutes.

And after the 8 minutes, we'll then put the glutinous rice balls. We also continuously mixing it for it so that they won't stick to the pan

I think this is already creamy, Mommy D already added the pure coconut milk but she add more Evaporated Milk, just one cup I think. But well, with this, it will surely taste even more delicious! You can see the creaminess right guys?.

For an added taste, we also put crushed peanuts in it -it was my suggestion actually. I just thought, I want the crunchy texture from a roasted peanuts and Mommy D agreed that it will taste good with it. Glad she said yayy to it. Hihi. And actually, Mommy D really wanted rto put Dragon Fruit on it, coz you know foro the color. But I disagreed, I prefer it as a juice or eat it as is. Glad she didn't use it as a food color for the bilo bilo haha

And so, ita time to eat it and share it with the family ( ◜‿◝ )♡. I can't really remember the last time Mommy D make a Bilo-Bilo, but I remember her making some. I also can't remember the time I last eaten it. The alst one was when Mama bought some from Ka Donnie. I really miss this.

I miss it so much that I let myself eat a lot of it. And now I am having a stomachache for eating too much of it. Lol. It is just so good that I can't stop myself from munching. In Bilo-Bilo, the glutinous rice balls are actually not my favorite. But this time, it become a favorite coz Mommy D perfectly made it, perfect texture and softness (◕ᴗ◕✿)
So I guess Monday is for the balls ƪ(‾.‾“)┐
