Concurso. Observa Piensa Escribe/ Imagen propiedad @lanzjoseg
ENGLISH VERSION
There is something pleasurable about the touch of another human being, even a stranger. The truth is, it’s not just about having well-groomed hands and feet; it’s about discovering that little massage that stimulates your brain cells through an unexpected moment of pleasure.
I remember my youngest son loved giving me foot massages; it came naturally to him. He would take hold of the parts of my feet sticking out from under the covers and apply pressure—he didn't quite understand the technique or exactly what he was doing, but he saw that adults loved it. As he grew older, he lost that knack for giving foot massages.
For men who have never had the chance to get a professional pedicure, you are missing out on that little massage—usually accompanied by bubbling salts—that leaves your feet squeaky clean and free of calluses. I see more and more men visiting these places and enjoying the experience. There is certainly no harm in it, especially since you probably don't have anyone at home to give you that kind of massage.
Even the device where you place your feet in warm water—which vibrates to massage your legs—is simply wonderful for circulation.
You may have noticed that there are points on the soles of the feet linked to various internal organs. Receiving a massage stimulates these points to function better—which is often why it feels so rewarding—not to mention the many nerve endings located there.
