Para mi abrir una ventana es como abrir el alma, yo te veo, tú me ves. Es ese espacio en el que nos permitimos mirar afuera mientras ahondamos en el alma con cada elemento observado. Se vuelve parte de nuestro día a día, tal vez hay una flor nueva, tal vez hay un caminante que saluda, tal vez es hora de barrer el frente. Los pensamientos afloran mientras el rostro se relaja buscando la taza de café a mi lado, hay tiempo para todo, lo primero es lo primero respira y huele los diferentes aromas de la calle, las empanadas de la esquina, la torta de la señora Maura, la caca de las mascotas que hay que recoger, todos los aromas se confabulan en una mezcla de quehaceres en una misma calle. pero ella esta allí mirándolo todo, disfrutando de un nuevo día, con la tranquilidad que dan las canas, ya no hay prisa, solo hay que abrir el alma.
Una maravillosa propuesta que nos llega de la mano del amigo @emiliorios, en su columna cuyo título nos indica; Observa, Analiza y Describe: ¡Una Imagen para Todos! -Esta es la Actividad Interactiva de Septiembre- En Domingo de Séptimo Día (ES/EN) en la comunidad @holos-lotus, nos invita a mirar, reflexionar y escribir a partir de la imagen que nos comparte, contestando a través de la observación lo que nos produce, lo que nos recuerda y lo que sentimos.
Sacando lo mejor desde mi propia ventana y momento, el lugar siempre es lo de menos, cada vez que tienes la posibilidad de mirar afuera encontraras todo un mundo a veces silencioso, a veces ruidoso pero capaz de hacerte cambiar la forma en que te sientes. Solo tú puedes cambiarle el sentido a lo que miras, solo tú puedes ser testigo de lo que miras pasar por tu ventana. Y la verdad que la percepción de las personas es un mundo totalmente diferente, cada quien mira a través de la ventana lo que tiene adentro o lo que le han enseñado a mirar.
Cada momento que te tomes para mirar por esa ventana serán instantes para tu alma, casi como mirar en un álbum de fotografías, llegaran recuerdos y momentos, serán sentimientos y emociones, cualquier elemento te puede distraer de la calle, simplemente miras todo y a la vez nada, porque tus pensamientos te hacen volar más alto y a lo lejos. Quieres abrazar lo que dejaste de abrazar, quieres fotografías que nunca tomaste por no estar presente, quieres estar en todos lados.
Con cada bocanada de brisa en esa ventana los recuerdos se agolpan, el café se acaba y la ventana que no quieres cerrar se mantiene abierta, aunque tengas que barrer el polvo varias veces en el día.
Abre tu ventana y saca lo mejor de ti a la vida, disfruta cada momento porque se vuelve irrepetible, escucha los sonidos de la calle e identifica los aromas de tu entorno.

For me, opening a window is like opening my soul; I see you, you see me. It's that space where we allow ourselves to look outward while delving into our souls with each element observed. It becomes part of our daily lives: perhaps there's a new flower, perhaps a passerby who waves, perhaps it's time to sweep the front of the house. Thoughts surface as my face relaxes, reaching for the coffee cup beside me. There's time for everything; first things first. Breathe in and smell the different aromas of the street: the empanadas from the corner, Mrs. Maura's cake, the pet poop that needs picking up. All the aromas conspire in a blend of chores on the same street. But she's there, observing it all, enjoying a new day, with the tranquility that gray hair brings. There's no rush anymore; we just need to open our souls.
