My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2026

First day of the long three day Labor weekend started with a nice calisthenics workout that featured my favorite 30 minute whole body fat burning circuit plus pull ups and push-ups.

Then right after that I did some landscaping work outside in our front yard where I distributed the remaining bark to make everything look nicer, used the blower to clean out the garage and around the house and removed a couple dry plants and replaced them with a couple new plants that we brought over from the island.
