Reverberation is what is left after the sound stops, the room still arguing with itself. This one loops that echo round and round until it turns into something else entirely. Turn it up and let it bounce around a bit.

Looping that leftover echo until it turns into something else entirely sounds like a really fun way to let a room keep talking after the note ends.
The idea of the room still arguing with itself after the sound stops is a great image, and looping that echo until it turns into something else sounds like a fun rabbit hole.
