Some things changed at my job, so my department head became closer to me and I often used my downtime at work to interact with the Hive staff or to program and implement things in Hive Grove.

Don't think I'm a bad employee, hehe, actually I always do everything I have to do and do it well. There are times when I literally have no work to do, so I can relax more, but now with my boss keeping a close eye on me, things have become a little more complicated.

But anyway, let's get to what matters!

Operation

Path:

The initial operation of each Leaderboard season will be as follows:

• Every season will be monthly, so it may be 30 or 31 days. February, as it has fewer days, will be the same number of days that year.

• This August 2026 season will be season zero, with real operation and prizes, but it will be more for testing behavior and validations, collecting feedback and things like that.

• At the end of each season, the 10 players with the most points will receive HIVE, transferred directly to their wallets.

How ​​to score:

Tiebreaker Criteria

In case of a tie in points, the winner will be determined by who interacted most with the community:

• 1st Total points

• 2nd Who helped the most with watering

• 3rd Who gifted the most Wish Items

The idea is to reward those who truly helped other players, so even if the points end up being the same for everyone, priority will be given to those who helped the most or Interacted with other people, keeping the social aspect important in the tie-breaking criteria.

Prize Pool

The value shown on the leaderboard is the real, live balance of the @hive-grove.bank account, which will be responsible for holding the prize pool throughout the season. The prize pool information is as follows:

• 40 base HIVE per season, automatically transferred at the start of each season;

• 30% of various in-game purchases (items, gifts, removals, etc.), which continuously feed the pool.

• If anyone wants to contribute to the prize pool, just send hive to the @hive-grove.bank account. After that, let me know and I'll be sure to publicize this support to the community.

End-of-Season Distribution

To avoid focusing solely on first, second, and third place, I chose to start with 10 people winning something, even if it's small. This encourages participation since many people can win:

• 🥇 1st place: 40% of the pool

• 🥈 2nd place: 30%

• 🥉 3rd place: 20%

4th to 10th place: the remaining 10% is divided equally.

In case of a tie in a placement range, the combined value of the tied positions is divided equally among those tied.

Any remaining pool (unfilled positions) automatically rolls over to the next season.

End of Season

When the season ends, payments will be automatically deposited into the winners' wallets.

The next time you log in, a banner will notify you that the season has ended. Clicking on it will show your final position, points, and whether you won any prizes, before returning to the leaderboard for the new season already in progress.

Conclusion

These are the initial guidelines for the season, and as usual, I listen to and consider player feedback. Any information presented here may be changed if it makes things more fun and fair. I believe this monthly accumulation model will generate a good amount of Hive for people, since practically any investment/spending within the game will have a portion of that action going into the final prize pool.

Algumas coisas mudaram no meu serviço, então o meu chefe de departamento ficou mais próximo de mim e muitas vezes eu usava o tempo ocioso no trabalho para interagir com o pessoal da Hive ou programar e implementar as coisas no Hive Grove.

Não pensem que sou um mal funcionário hehe, na verdade eu sempre faço tudo o que tenho que fazer e bem, tem momentos em que literalmente eu não tenho trabalho para fazer, então conseguir ficar mais de boa, mas agora com o meu chefe marcando em cima, ficou um pouco mais complicado as coisas.

Mas enfim, vamos ao que importa!

Funcionamento

Caminho:

O funcionamento inicial de cada temporada do Leaderboard será da seguinte forma:

• Toda temporada vai ser mensal, então poderão ser de 30 ou 31 dias. Fevereiro como tem menos dias, será respectivamente os dias que tiver naquele ano.

• Essa temporada de Agosto de 2026 vai ser a temporada zero, funcionamento e premiação real, mas será mais para testar o comportamento e as validações, coletar feedbacks e coisas do tipo.

• Ao final de cada temporada, os 10 jogadores que fizerem mais pontos vão receber HIVE, transferido direto pra carteira de cada um.

Como pontuar:

Critério de Desempate

Empate em pontos é decidido por quem interagiu mais com a comunidade:

• 1º Pontos totais

• 2º Quem mais ajudou a regar

• 3º Quem mais presenteou itens do Wish Item

A ideia é premiar quem realmente ajudou outros jogadores, então por mais que os pontos possam ficar iguais para todos, a prioridade será quem mais ajudou ou interagiu com outras pessoas, mantendo a parte social importante nos critérios de desempate.

Premiação

O valor mostrado no leaderboard é o saldo real e ao vivo da conta @hive-grove.bank, que ficará responsável por segurar o premio durante toda a temporada. As informações sobre a premiação são:

• 40 HIVE base por temporada, transferidos automaticamente no início de cada uma delas;

• 30% de várias compras dentro do jogo (itens, presentes, remoções, etc.), que alimentam o pool continuamente.

• Caso alguém queira contribuir com o pool da premiação, é só enviar hive para a conta @hive-grove.bank. Após isso pode me avisar que faço questão de divulgar esse apoio para a comunidade.

Distribuição no fim da temporada

Para não ficar centrado somente em primeiro, segundo e terceiro lugar, escolhi começar com 10 pessoas ganhando algo, mesmo que seja pouco, isso incentiva a participação já que muitas pessoas podem ganhar:

• 🥇 1º lugar: 40% do pool

• 🥈 2º lugar: 30%

• 🥉 3º lugar: 20%

4º ao 10º lugar: dividem os 10% restantes igualmente

Em caso de empate numa faixa de colocação, o valor combinado das posições empatadas é dividido igualmente entre os empatados.

Qualquer sobra do pool (posições não preenchidas) fica automaticamente pra próxima temporada.

Fim de temporada

Quando a temporada terminar, os pagamentos serão pagos automaticamente para as carteiras dos vencedores.

Na próxima vez que você entrar no jogo, um banner avisa que a temporada acabou e ao clicar, você vê sua posição final, pontos e se ganhou algum prêmio, antes de voltar pro leaderboard da nova temporada já em andamento.

Conclusão

Essas são as diretrizes iniciais da temporada e como de costume eu escuto e vejo os feedbacks dos jogadores.
