Yesterday I went to work on an ATM machine of Islami Bank. After reaching there, I found out that there was a problem with the digital lock attached to the bolt of the machine. The lock was opening automatically and was not locking properly. This was a very important problem, because the functioning of the digital lock is very important in ensuring the security of the ATM machine.
After knowing the problem, I quickly started the repair work without delay. First, I carefully observed the working of the lock and then carefully separated the digital lock from the bolt. In this type of work, it is not only necessary to look at the external problem, but also to check the condition of each internal part and connection. Because even a small defect can ruin the functioning of the entire locking system.
After separating the lock, I started checking the circuit board, motor and various connections inside it. I paid special attention to the operation of the motor, its connections and the connections that control the movement of the lock. From my observations, I understand that the coordination of these parts is very important for the lock to work properly. So I carefully check each connection and complete the necessary repairs.
After fixing everything, I put the digital lock back in its original place. Then it was time to test the functionality of the lock. After about an hour and a half of continuous focused and tireless work, the lock finally became active again. After testing, I found that it was working properly again and the process of opening and closing the lock had also become normal.
For me, this work was a quite complex and delicate technical experience. Patience, skill, attention and the ability to find the root cause of the problem are very important in such work. Because even a slight carelessness can create new problems.
Every successful repair job gives me the opportunity to gain new experience. I believe that these experiences learned through practical work will help me solve more complex technical problems in the future.
