Mam kryzys w robocie, którego na dzień dzisiejszy nie da się rozwiązać - zwolniła się pracowniczka, która z nami pracowała co najmniej od 2 lat. Na jej miejsce zatrudniłem 'młodego'. Pracuje już miesiąc, a dalej mam wrażenie, że nie kuma podstaw. Widać znaczną różnicę. Obawiam się, że poszukiwania kogoś innego mogą wcale nie przynieść lepszych efektów.
I'm having a crisis at work that, as things stand, I can't really solve. An employee who had been working with us for at least two years left. I hired a "young guy" to replace her. He's been working for a month now, and I still get the impression that he doesn't grasp the basics. The difference is very noticeable. I'm worried that looking for someone else might not actually produce any better results.
