My Actifit Report Card: September 2 2026

Na zdjęciu stan na dzień dzisiejszy. A poza tym to jestem trochę zadowolony. Tylko trochę. Nie przesadzajmy. W robocie kiepsko i będę za niedługo musiał podjąć decyzję czy dać młodemu szansę czy też szukać kogoś innego. Mam wrażenie, że młody nie dostrzega jak kiepskim jest pracownikiem zarówno w kwestii merytorycznej jak i ogólnopracowniczej. Wydaje mi się, że praca u mnie daje mu szanse na rozwój, której gdzie indziej raczej nie dostanie. Jestem zawalony robotą i nie mam, jak się ze wszystkim wyrobić, ale to chyba nie nowość. Co gorsza angażują nas teraz co najmniej dwa duże tematy, w których źle oszacowałem koszty i już dawno robimy na stracie. Przy czym nie wypada ich nie skończyć. A w domu pomógł mi mąż @moniqwashere i dzięki temu udało się złożyć szafę, podnieść jedną zmywarkę i założyć kilka włączników.

The photo shows how things stand as of today. Apart from that, I’m actually a little pleased. Just a little. Let’s not get carried away. Things at work aren’t going great, and before long I’ll have to decide whether to give the young guy a chance or start looking for someone else. I get the impression that he doesn’t realise just how poor an employee he is, both in terms of his actual professional skills and his general attitude to work. I think working for me gives him an opportunity to develop that he probably wouldn’t get elsewhere. I’m absolutely swamped with work and have no idea how I’m supposed to get everything done, but I suppose that’s nothing new. To make matters worse, we’re now involved in at least two major projects where I badly underestimated the costs, and we’ve been working at a loss for quite some time now. Still, it wouldn’t be right not to finish them. At home, @moniqwashere’s husband helped me out, and thanks to him we managed to put the wardrobe together, raise one of the dishwashers and install a few switches.
