Hello friends and Gaming Photography community, what a joy to return once again to share with you the photographs I've taken during my gaming moments. Today in particular I'll be sharing some screenshots I took in the afternoon while playing one of my all-time favorite games, Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This is a game I like for many reasons, but above all for the calm and serene nature of its settings and how little by little you make every corner of the island your own. Transforming it, adapting it, and living many adventures. The protagonists of these photographs are the bugs that live on my island.
Among the flowers there are always hidden insects, you have to look closely because they are very good at hiding, especially the green grasshoppers and some cicadas.
The day on the island begins with some simple tasks, but from which I can earn some bells and also grow the museum's species collection. That's why I spent several minutes just catching insects, butterflies, and cicadas, which are very common in August, like this one I caught right by the shore.
By the bridge, I caught an Asian long-horned beetle, a black bug with large antennae that will go straight to the museum's collection.
A large and beautiful blue triangle butterfly surprised me (or I surprised it) right as I crossed the bridge. It's very big and its wings are really pretty with blue details. I'll get some bells for it at the shop.
Near the town, I let a butterfly escape from my net. I couldn't tell what kind of butterfly it was, since it flew away fluttering very quickly. At least I discovered that this morning new flowers had bloomed.
The day continued with greeting villagers and catching insects. To be honest, I gave some away as gifts and donated others to the museum, but I earned a good amount of bells that I'll use for building a new bridge on the island.
A photo alongside some of today's catches, smiling and happy. I ended the day at the museum, seeing how the insect collection had grown and enjoying the scenery.
Without a doubt, among all the activities you can do in Animal Crossing, bug catching is one of the most fun and one of the most rewarding.
