Hello, wonderful people who are part of this community. 😊 I hope you all have a happy and blessed start to the week. Today I want to share with this lovely community of family and friends a trip I took in mid-September. I went to visit one of my cousins in Charallave, and I want to tell you all about my visit to the Cruz viewpoint in Charallave. 😊
ENGLISH
In fact, this visit was very emotional because we practically grew up together; we’re the kind of cousins who are also like sisters 😊, but life takes us down different paths. We hadn’t seen each other for about 8 years; by the way, her oldest daughter is that age, and my mom and her sister also got to spend time together 😊😊, so it was really nice to spend time with her and her family 🥰.
She told us she’d never been up to that lookout point—which was actually very close by—so I said, “Yeah, I want to go.” She told me, “You have to walk up there.” I said, “I can do it,” 🥴🥴. When we started the hike, we were in high spirits; by the way, I was carrying my baby in my arms. 🥴🥵 The trail is pretty easygoing, but I noticed that with the baby’s weight, it was a little harder for me. 🥴🥴 It was a bit tiring, but, as my daughter says, “Who’s afraid?” So I was excited as I climbed, and the views were beautiful.
Personally, climbing up to that lookout was the best part for me; obviously, I was pretty tired by the time I got there—my baby weighed 8 kilos—but once I reached the lookout, it was totally worth it. There was artificial grass, a playground where the kids were playing, and a majestic sunset; in fact, my daughter took that photo, and I was absolutely enchanted by that sunset. My cousin sent me most of the photos; this time I wasn’t able to take many pictures with my own phone. 😉 I was having a blast at the park with my baby😁—I felt like a kid again 😁😂
The area around that lookout point was well-maintained, and the family photos turned out beautifully, too. But I have to tell you that the lookout point at night was another work of art—truly majestic; without a doubt, I fell in love with the Cruz de Charallave lookout point. 😊 And visiting it with my family was so lovely, exciting, and moving. 😊
Life is made up of very small things that enrich the soul—that fuel that comes at just the right moment, those little details that add up, and the result: a close-knit family. 😊😊 It was a pleasure to share that visit to the Charallave lookout with this wonderful community. @soyeve is saying goodbye. Bye, bye—see you next time.
