Hi Everyone,
I’m back with another Actifit Report and Update. I wanted to post yesterday, but time got away from me after I watched Spider-Man at the cinema. It was a pretty good movie. It was a bit different than the other Spider-Man movies. You need to watch it to understand.
On Saturday, my sister and I went to Edinburgh. I wanted to record the steps for that day, which added up to over 15,000. Sadly, I’ll just post the 4,000+ from Sunday.
We left the home at 4am to catch the 7am flight out of Belfast. The flight time to Edinburgh was only 35 minutes. We were out of the airport by 8am and at West End by 9am.
We were in Edinburgh to support two friends from Australia who were performing their show, the Glass Child, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The festival goes for two to three weeks and hosts thousands of shows. It is a huge event.
They did really well. Their performance was about the story of Kayah, a Down Syndrome man, and his sister. They tell the story through words and dance. It is a moving story of how Kayah has overcome many difficulties and discrimination in his life to become strong and successful. It was a very moving and emotional performance.

I posted a two-part series on the Iran War and the Strait of Hormuz.

In Part 1, I discussed Iran, its recent history (past hundred years) and its current circumstances. It’s been a difficult hundred years of coups, revolutions, and foreign interference. Iran is rich in oil and gas reserves as well as many different types of minerals.
Possessing natural resources is both a blessing and a curse. The curse is everyone wants to take it. The Western Establishments have wanted access to these resources for a long time. However, Iran has served another purpose, and that is to destabilise the Middle East and allow the US Establishment to control the region using security as an excuse.
In Part 2, I discuss the relationship between Israel and the US. The post debunks the claims that Israel controls the US or its foreign policy as well as why Israel is so valuable to the US Establishment in the Middle East.
Part 2 finally gets to the reasons why Trump and the US Establishment went to war with Iran. The reasons are different. Trump wants the oil and gas. To do this, he wants to change the leadership/regime in Iran. Basically, a puppet leader loyal to the US.
The US Establishment has a much bigger agenda. As usual, it is about power and control. It appears they want to move away from the country establishments to global establishments dominated by companies and organisations. To be able to achieve this shift, countries will need to be destroyed. The fallout from the closure of the Strait of Hormuz can achieve this agenda. We are in for a rough few years ahead.
That wraps up this Actifit Report and Update. I hope everyone had a great weekend and will have an awesome and active week ahead. I’ll have another post out in a few days.
