13-10-2026 – Finance – Stocks [EN]-[IT] With this post, I would like to keep my followers updated on the performance of certain ETFs.
Stocks – Introduction Today, let’s talk about Berkshire Hathaway. Berkshire Hathaway is a US holding company led by CEO and Chairman Warren Buffett. It is a public company originally founded by Oliver Chace in 1888 and acquired by Warren Buffett in 1965. Its headquarters are located in Omaha, Nebraska. IMPORTANT: Berkshire Hathaway does not rely primarily on the success of a single technology or market. It is a diversified conglomerate with operations in insurance, energy, railways, and industry, as well as equity stakes in major publicly traded companies. Today, Greg Abel serves as CEO, while Warren Buffett is the Chairman. Now, moving on to personal opinion: Berkshire Hathaway is one of the companies I find most interesting to follow when employing a long-term investment strategy inspired by Warren Buffett’s principles. In other words, I consider Berkshire Hathaway an attractive candidate for the stable core of a long-term equity portfolio.

It has been listed on the NASDAQ since April 14, 2021, under the ticker COIN, meaning it has now completed its first five years as a publicly traded company. The next major milestone for Coinbase will be the release of its third-quarter 2026 results, currently projected for October 29, 2026. It will be interesting to see the company's earnings generation capabilities.
