Hello to the world.
It was Friday, a holy day for us. And thanks to my weird routine, I woke up just before the prayer time. So you can predict that I was in hustle with the beginning. Took shower, offered prayer, did brunch, and here we go with our onlinee taxi rides.

But before that it did rain well here. And weather is just pure love. If there is anything I love is - the rain. Yeah, there are some disadvantages with it as well. But for the sake of love, we are focusing on the positive parts.
Mind you I did share this picture on Waves as well.
For the first three rides, it was pretty normal: picking up the customer, dropping them. And yes there are in-between as well, like customers asking for Hotspot, asking about how much you earn, why isn't my Bluetooth connecting, and all those strange questions which make me laugh. But I stay positive and reply with a smile on face.
Moving forward, while I was looking for the fourth ride, came a family, and asked me if I can drop them to this beautiful place called Karak. It was a 200 KM ride, and usually, I do not go this long. But, I couldn't say no - a bad habit of mine. So I said yes, and it was totally worth it. The going with the flow like a dead fish, really works out well for me. Lol, sometimes it does not. But sometimes is okay.
Enough with the yapping part. Here is the first click:
There were mountains, but not the one I usually see from my balcony. These one were less green, and more dusty. But the experience was really fun.
I would like to apologize to all those people, who had to face dust because of my noob-like driving. I am not used to such areas, so it was bound to happen, and it did.
However, there was greenery ahead. Which was the last thing I was expecting.
But before the green part. Here is another picture of clouds. Recall the sentence when I said, I love rain. So it directly links my love to clouds and sky as well.
Isn't sky, the most beautiful phenomenon? There is absolute freedom, with no end at all. You can go from east to west, and it will still feel endless. And that philosophical reason made me fall in love with it.
To the Green!
By far, I had already predicted that there is no greeneey at all. But I was wrong. The countryside was full of it, and there were lots of vegetables.
Yes, I know I said vegetables. So here we go.
And I did a mistake by plucking one. I apologized for doing it without asking, but they said: it is all good.
The hypocrite me! Like I did not apologize for breaking leaves. The ultimate oxygen providers. Anyways, it is useless to cry over spilt milk. So I will try next time, not to spill it again.
There is one more picture worthy of sharing from the field.
The white thing really makes me anxious, and I do not know why. And I do not even know what this is called. But, this anxious feeling went away later on, and I stared at for some time. Another do not in the making, as I do not know why I stared at it for long.
After taking photographs, I just stayed lowkey. As I was there as a service provider, and not to make it a trip of my own.
The Desi style bed - Charpai with two cushions. The weather was good, but not too good. And most importantly, the mosquitoes were there to put on a good show. Sometimes, I wish that I had a bitter blood, so I could fight back.
Although the region is bit different from what we see in Punjab; but this new experience was pure joy.
Just one thing I hated the most was: they were all talking in Pashto. And I did not understand a single word coming out of their mouths. But I remained silent, because what other option did I had?
And just like that, my 200 KM adventure came to an end.
I went there as a driver, expecting nothing more than a long ride and some decent earnings. I, too, live in a capitalist society. By the way, they also fed me well like a proper guest. Hospitality at its peak.
Moreover, I got to see mountains, greenery, vegetables, clouds, mosquitoes, dust and an entire conversation in Pashto. Impossible for my one brain cell to comprehend.
And honestly, once again I enjoyed the dead fish moment.
As Tolkien qipped: "Not all those who wander are lost."
Working on saying "No." Will think about it later on.
